UWB Tags and Anchors
Forklifts are equipped with UWB tags, and fixed UWB anchors are installed throughout the warehouse. The anchors receive signals from the tags and calculate the precise location of each forklift.
User Interface
Operators and managers can use a user-friendly interface to monitor forklift positions, receive alerts, and access reports on forklift usage and efficiency.
Integration with WMS
The UWB system integrates with the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to provide real-time location data, which can be used for various applications like inventory tracking, workflow optimization, and reporting.
Our Origin Story
The inception of Locatematic was sparked by a simple observation: the overwhelming need for improved precision and cost-efficiency in warehouse operations. Witnessing the daily challenges faced by logistics companies, including misplaced inventory and time-consuming manual tracking, our founders envisioned a solution that would not only address these issues but also set new standards in the industry. With the backing of the Program Management Unit for Competitiveness (PMU-C) and our parent company, Automation First Company Limited, we embarked on developing a platform that utilizes specialized wideband technology for high-precision tracking of forklifts and pallets.
